Common issues

Translation is not working on a specific website

Some websites restrict extensions. Try reloading the page, checking that Fenly is enabled in the extension popup, and confirming that the site is not in your Excluded Sites list. If the issue persists, email us with the website URL.

I used all my characters and cannot translate

Free accounts get 50,000 characters per month. When you reach the limit, translation pauses until the monthly reset or until you upgrade. You can also buy character add-on packs on the Pricing page to continue using Fenly immediately.

I cannot sign in to my account

Make sure you are using the email you signed up with. If you forgot your password, use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page to receive a reset email. Check your spam folder if the email does not arrive within five minutes.

I want to cancel my subscription

Go to Dashboard → Billing → Manage subscription to cancel anytime. Your access remains active until the end of the current billing period. Full cancellation and refund terms are in our Refund Policy.

I want to delete my account and data

Email support@fenly.me from the email address on your account and ask for account deletion. We remove your personal data within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Report a bug or request a feature

Found a bug or have an idea that would make Fenly better? Send it to support@fenly.me. We triage every incoming message and often ship fixes within the same week for reproducible bugs.

For security vulnerabilities, please email legal@fenly.me with details. Please do not disclose vulnerabilities publicly before we have had a chance to address them.

Response times

We aim to respond to all inquiries within one business day. Complex issues, especially those requiring engineering investigation, may take longer. You will always receive a human reply — we do not use automated support systems.
